RCS-9641C Motor Management Relay

  
Application
The RCS-9641C relay is a digital protection, control and monitoring unit used for small capacity motors. It is fully compatible with IEC 61850 communication.

Features
l       Inverse sequence overcurrent protection is used for inter-turn fault and unbalance fault, including open pole or reverse phase sequence.
l       Stator ground detector protection constitutes of zero sequence overcurrent protection and zero sequence voltage protection.
l       The RCS-9641 relay constantly measures a large mount of analog quantities, such as phase voltage, phase-to-phase voltage, phase current, active power, reactive power, power factor and frequency.
l      The relay can monitor the status and record the number of switching times of the circuit breaker.
l      On the premise of 24 samples per cycle, all data measurement, calculation and logic discrimination could be done within one sampling period. The event recording and protection logic calculation are completed simultaneously.
l      The relay provides GPS clock synchronization, including second pulse and IRIG-B synchronization.
l       The HMI interface with a LCD and a 9-button keypad on the front panel is friendly to users.
l       The format of event report is compatible with international COMTRADE file.
l       The relay is equipped with Ethernet ports with the IEC 61850 protocol and RS-485 ports and IEC 60870-5-103 protocol.
l       Definite time and inverse time characteristics of inverse sequence overcurrent protection are both provided.
